Nest
Nest and their team at Google approached me in the run up to not one, but two, new product launches. They hired me to help build out an icon set that would be used on the product pages for their Nest Cam IQ Outdoor and Nest Alarm System. We knew exactly how we wanted this icon set to look stylistically because these icons needed to be in-keeping with what already existed on the Nest website. With that in mind we spent most of the iteration time working through sketches to make sure these icons translated the correct meaning. Below you can see some of the sketches I produced in our time working together.
